A cheese manufacturer since 1904, Fromagerie Moreau specializes in traditional goat cheeses from the Val de Cher, including Sainte Maure de Touraine and Selles-sur-Cher. With a team of skilled craftsmen, they work year-round with milk from 400 selected goats. Although they supply well-known Parisian crèmeries, 95% of their sales are in the Île-de-France region.
